In Praise Of Woman - this March on Classical Discoveries
In observance of Women�s History Month, Classical Discoveries pays tribute to music by women composers from all over the world and through the centuries. Every regular scheduled program this March on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 8:30 am ET and on Classical Discoveries Goes Avant-Garde from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET is exclusively devoted to their music.

Beethoven's String Quartets on WPRB
Every Monday on Morning Classical, Jun and Bob will air one of Beethoven's string quartets during the 10:00 am ET hour. Since the sixteen quartets span his entire career, the sequence - played in chronological order - can be seen as a diary documenting the artistic and personal evolution of this genius.��This exploration will show Beethoven's composition growth from brilliant classicist to revolutionary innovator with continual reference to his increasing personal anguish and the changing times in which he lived. On March 15th - Op 18 #4.

The WPRB Concert Calendar airs every Monday through Friday at 3:30 and 7:00 pm ET. The Concert Calendar is sponsored by Princeton Record Exchange, one of the largest sellers of new and used cds, cheap dvds, including many rare classical music cds. They sell cds and dvds at great prices, with more than 20,000 cheap cds and over 10,000 used dvds at discounted rates.
