First ballot WPRB hall of famer Mike Lupica, pictured above in an old photograph from the old studios with an old haircut, will be returning to 103.3 fm for the first time in seven years* on Thursday, filling in for the quality Her Jazz program. Mike was the host of Hip Transitor and co-host of Hey You Kids Get Off My Lawn on Saturday nights throughout the 1990s, two shows that are still near and dear to many listeners, if the number of phone calls and emails I get about each are any indication.
