This week, WPRB News and Culture starts out with a fresh installment of Fireside Poetry! This episode, J.M. Colon delves into the poetry of Wallace Stevens. Then, Gabriel Watts takes us from the 1920s to today in her feature on the American tradition of whiskey distilling. We close the show with a segment of News Today on the Cyprus bailout, hosted by Rachna Vyas.

Then, our host Vincent gives a Culture Corner interview of Professor James Charlesworth, a biblical scholar and director of the Dead Sea Scrolls Project at Princeton Theological Seminary, discussing the world of biblical scholarly research.

Finally, we close our show with Monday Evenings with the Nass, which critiques the “What I Be” Photography exhibit and its presentation of mental health issues.
