WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contest Rules

  1. WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contests are open to WPRB listeners residing in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York or Delaware.
  2. Volunteers and trustees of Princeton Broadcasting Service, Inc., distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other agency that provides services in connection with our ticket giveaways and their immediate family (spouse, domestic partner, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each volunteer or trustee, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contests. Employees, volunteers and owners of any radio station located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York or Delaware are also ineligible to win WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contests.
  3. One winner per household per thirty (30) days.
  4. Winner must provide the name that matches their government-issued photo I.D. and a valid email address.
  5. By calling the WPRB Request Lines – (609) 258-1033 or (609) 258-1233 – at any time, you acknowledge that your call and/or voice may be used on the air.
  6. Names and likenesses of WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contest winners may also be used by WPRB and WPRB designees for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
  7. By providing an email address, you acknowledge that WPRB may add you to its electronic mailing list(s). You will have the opportunity to opt out of the mailing list(s).
  8. All claims are subject to verification by WPRB, whose decision is final.
  9. WPRB contests are void where prohibited.
  10. No purchase necessary.
  11. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
  12. Prizes are made available for “Will Call” pick-up only at the specified event, unless otherwise stated. Prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days, or after the specified event occurs, will be forfeited. Proof of identity that fulfills the requirements of the venue conducting the event must be presented when picking up a prize.
  13. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash and/or any other prize.
  14. WPRB reserves the right to change contest rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice.
  15. WPRB is considered the "Judge." Judges decisions are final.
  16. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  17. WPRB Ticket Giveaway Contest information, rules, and results are available for inspection at the WPRB business offices Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

  18. Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function may not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number. WPRB disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond WPRB’s control, or otherwise. WPRB disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission or other delivery method. WPRB is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in this contest. WPRB is not responsible for broken telephone connections, busy signals, mis-dials or lost phone calls.
